Japan Office Operations

Our Japan office is currently operating with a reduced on-site team, with a number of staff working remotely where possible. Core functions — including order processing, customer support, and distributor liaison — are continuing. Response times may be slightly longer than usual during this period and we appreciate your patience.

Order Fulfilment and Shipping

Order fulfilment is continuing from our Japan warehouse. However, international shipping services are currently subject to delays beyond our control, and transit times are longer than normal across most routes. We will communicate any known delays to affected distributors directly.

Distributor Network

Our regional distributors in Australia, New Zealand, and North America are continuing to operate within the guidelines applicable to their respective markets. They remain available to serve their customers in the usual way. Please contact your local distributor for market-specific information.
